We are an independent document preparation service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Your use of our service does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you require legal or tax advice concerning your corporate structure, you should consult a licensed attorney or CPA.
2. User Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and spelling of the information you provide us for your business filings. Five Minute Filings is not liable for rejected filings, delays, or additional fees incurred due to inaccurate information provided by you.
3. Payments, State Fees, and Billing
All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize 5MinuteFilings and Stripe to charge the applicable fees, which include both our service fee and any mandatory state filing fees. 4. Third-Party Government Filings
Our role is to submit documents to the appropriate state agencies on your behalf. We do not guarantee specific processing times, as these are dependent on the respective state government’s current workload and processing queues.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Five Minute Filings, nor its employees, be liable for any indirect or incidental, damages. This includes loss of profits, data, business opportunities, accounting issues, or lawsuits resulting from your use of our services. Rejected state filings, or delays out of our control and refunds will be issued on a per-case basis.
6. Changes to Terms
